Mom said Dad was going to Home Depot... so I watched him leave! He came back real soon, though!

Our Dachshund Bench

Mom and Dad moved our Dachshund bench from the screened porch to the yard.

We picked a nice spot under the pretty Bradford Pear tree.

And we can watch our bench from our cushion on the porch.

Blurtle the Turtle

I, Shelby Ann, have an obsession with turtles. Last weekend my Gma bought me my very own yard turtle. We named him Blurtle because he is a turtle with bling!

Holy Cow!

Well, apparently this is our new Sunday thing. We got to go on another walk yesterday AND our Dad went with us, too! He didn't have to work this weekend. We had a blast!! I think Dad was pretty impressed with our ability to do a good job and be good! (We used to be terrors on walks.)

We thought we'd share this picture of our Mom's classroom door. It was decorated for a door contest in honor of Dr. Seuss (we have one of his books in our bedroom!) and her class won for the third grade!!

Also, we are getting some flowers in our yard! :)
